On 29 August 2025, documents relating to the proposed Rijkswet Financieel Toezicht Aruba (HOFA) were presented to the Parliament of Aruba during Public Meeting No. 26. The submission included the draft proposal for the Rijkswet HOFA and its accompanying explanatory memorandum, as part of the parliamentary discussion concerning the future framework for financial supervision of Aruba.
