Sunrise City Coconut Collective (SC3) is a community-led association committed to empowering San Nicolas through collaboration, education, entrepreneurship, culture, civic engagement, and community development.
Founded on January 30, 2025, SC3 was created with one simple belief:
The people closest to the community are the people best equipped to build its future.
We don’t believe in waiting for change.
We believe in creating it.
