Let’s Rise Together, Let’s Thrive Together is a one year Community Awareness and Empowerment Campaign developed by SC3 under the Ban Biba Bario initiative by CEDE Aruba.

Built around three core pillars, Self Sufficiency, Community Building and Financial Education, the campaign was created to connect San Nicolas residents with practical knowledge, skills, resources and opportunities that can support greater independence and long term social and economic resilience.

Throughout the campaign, initiatives included the San Nicolas Clean Up Day, sustainability, recycling and upcycling workshops, financial education workshops such as Taxes 101 and Taxes for Sole Proprietors, a Youth Entrepreneur Program and the development of a Community Garden at Lago Heights Park.

Each initiative approaches community development from a different angle while working toward the same goal, giving people more opportunities to participate in and contribute to the future of their community.

Because revitalizing San Nicolas isn’t only about improving places. It’s about empowering the people who call San Nicolas home.
